About the Role

You’ll work closely with clients, designers, developers and stakeholders to ensure every project is delivered on time, within scope and to the highest quality standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and oversee multiple software development projects from initiation to successful delivery.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones and resource allocation in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
• Lead client meetings, gather requirements and communicate project updates clearly and professionally.
• Ensure projects meet business objectives, quality standards and client expectations.
• Manage project documentation, reports and delivery schedules.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives where applicable.
• Continuously improve project workflows, team collaboration and delivery processes.

Ideal Profile

• 3–6 years of experience in project management within a software development, digital agency or technology environment.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing web development, mobile application or custom software projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Notion or similar platforms.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and organisational skills.
• Experience preparing project proposals, timelines, budgets and progress reports is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX, web technologies and software development processes.
• A proactive mindset with a strong focus on quality, collaboration and continuous improvement.
